737 Glearshield & Front Window - Your cockpit gets eyes!
The heart of your 737 cockpit - the iconic front windows in 1:1 scale!
The Boeing 737 Glearwings Front Windows are more than just glass - they are the face of your cockpit! This 3D print brings the characteristic Boeing windshields with perfect curvature and frame details directly from your 3D printer. Looks + function in one!
Why this is a must-have:
✅ Instantly recognizable Boeing design - every pilot will recognize it
✅ Complex geometry - and it doesn't have to be built with wood
✅ Real Windows - Plexiglas inserts with the right look
✅ Beta advantage - cheaper than the final release!
Updates are available free of charge.
The entire front consists of over 20 parts that are slotted together using tongue and groove joints and dowels and then glued. This ensures high stability and rigidity. Strips and guides ensure a perfect fit. You will need a 3D printer with a build volume of at least 30x30x30cm. For example, the Creality K1 Max or a printer of similar size.
Other items you will need:
- Mounting adhesive or similar for gluing
- 19.5 mm or 20 mm aluminum tube for stability
- Plexiglas or acrylic glass for the panes (cutting template included as PDF)
- For the finish: sandpaper, putty knife, and (spray) paint
- M4 threaded inserts & screws (M4x10)
