General customer information

After you have selected your goods in our online shop and added them to your shopping cart by clicking on “Order,” you can click on “Proceed to checkout” to create a customer account with your personal data and then select the delivery address and payment method.

You can identify and correct any incorrect entries using the usual browser functions—most recently in the order confirmation window, where all the details of your order are displayed again.

Only by clicking on the “Place order” button there do you make a binding declaration that you wish to purchase the goods contained in the shopping cart.

Immediately afterwards, you will receive an email from us confirming receipt of your order - but not yet acceptance of the order. This email will also contain the details of your order, which are also stored in the shop if you created a customer account when placing your order. We do not store the text of the contract.

We will either accept your order within 7 days of receipt by email or by delivery of the goods, or we will reject it by email.

We deliver within 7 days of order confirmation at the latest (in the case of agreed prepayment, after your payment instruction).

The German language is available for the conclusion of the contract.

There is a statutory warranty for the goods, according to which we are liable for any breaches of contract that become apparent within two years of delivery of the goods. You may have additional rights under national legislation.

We are not willing or obliged to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
