Digital products, such as 3D print files (*.stl), are sent free of charge via email.
We are happy to send your order to a parcel locker (Packstation).
PayPal
When paying via PayPal, you will be redirected to PayPal at the end of the checkout process. There, you can either log into your PayPal account, create a new account, or pay as a PayPal guest. In all cases, your PayPal account will only be charged once we ship the items to you.
Bank Transfer (Prepayment)
If you choose to pay by bank transfer, your order will be shipped as soon as we receive your payment. Immediately after placing your order, you will receive an email with the bank transfer details. Please make sure to include your order number in the payment reference. Depending on your bank, it may take one to four business days for your payment to reach us. Your ordered items will be reserved for you until the payment is received.
Unfortunately, you cannot reach us by phone.
Please understand that we are mostly in the workshop and only answer the phone sporadically.

As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation from us via email. In this email, you will find the link to track your shipment. Simply click on the link and follow the steps provided. If you have a Cockpitry.com customer account, you can also find the shipment tracking in the order overview of your account.
The withdrawal period begins on the day the order is delivered to the recipient.
Once you have submitted the withdrawal, you have 14 days to return the goods.
The 14-day rule applies here: Just like the cancellation and return period, the seller has 14 days after receiving the returned goods to refund the costs. The refund will be made using the payment method you chose when making the purchase.
The cancellation (withdrawal) must always be made in writing. The easiest way is to use the standard withdrawal form (download here: Withdrawal). Send the completed form via e-mail and include the original items in the shipment.
To prevent abuse, the responsibility for costs in the event of a cancellation is clearly regulated by law. According to § 357 (6) of the German Civil Code (BGB), the consumer is required to bear the direct costs of the cancellation (i.e., the return shipping costs). The value of the ordered goods is no longer relevant in this context.
