Deliveries are made in cardboard boxes to all EU countries. The goods are shipped via DHL within 2-4 working days after receipt of payment. You can find a current overview of costs here.

There are no cardboard box or delivery costs for digital products. Digital products are sent by email within 2-48 hours.

Depending on the company, the delivery time for physical products is 1-4 working days from the time of dispatch from the respective shipping points of the contracted companies. In the unlikely event of a delay in delivery, we will contact the customer immediately after becoming aware of the delay, but before the 30-day deadline, to obtain their consent to the later delivery. If you do not agree to this, you are entitled to withdraw from the contract.
